• Net-Front Dominance - improve positioning, hand-eye coordination and scoring ability in traffic.
• Shooting with Power & Accuracy - develop a harder, more precise shot for every for every game situation.
• Quick Release & Shot Deception - learn how to get shots off faster and fool goalies.
• Battling Along the Boards - master techniques to protect the puck and win possession under pressure.
• Compete & Finish Mentality - build confidence in high-intensity scoring and battling situations

ADVANCED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

August 11 - August 14

Each day includes:

• 2hrs of on-ice training - Enhancing skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling, battles and overall game situations

• 1.5hrs of athletic performance - Building speed, endurance, and power through specialized gym workouts.

• 1hr of shooting & stickhandling & passing OFF-ICE - Extra improvement in technique and basics

• 30min of hockey analysis - Studying game strategies, positioning, and decision making
  

Hitting Clinic

August 18 - August 21

What we focus on:

• Proper body positioning - how to engage physically without penalties.
• Absorbing contact safely - protecting yourself while staying in the play.
• Delivering clean, effective hits - using technique, not just force.
• Angling - using the body and stick to shut down plays.
• Battling in tight area- winning physical matchups.
